Friends Uniting Nokesville (F.U.N.) is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to promote events and activities that strengthen the Nokesville community. Our motto is “Bringing Neighbors Together”.
Throughout the year we conduct fundraising activities such as BBQ Dinners, Spaghetti Dinners, and the sale of Nokesville merchandise primarily to raise funds for the annual Nokesville Community Christmas Parade & Festivities.
F.U.N. proudly supports other community organizations by lending a helping hand with their event activities and promotions, such as the Nokesville Day Parade, and the Nokesville-Bristow Ruritan Club’s Brunswick Stew Day.
To keep the organization’s focus simply on our mission, by-laws governing F.U.N. include soliciting members but not dues. However, we do encourage individual monetary donations which are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. F.U.N.’s tax ID is #20-3142694.
